Badminton Playday Week:

Hosts responsibility:
• choose a start time and book your gym
• e-mail the start time and each schools team letter: Team A, B, or C (3 schools) Team W, X, Y or Z (4 schools)
• have new birdies (ask each school to bring a few back-ups)
• hand out the rosettes and bookmarks (rosettes will arrive in the courier a few days before playday)
• confirm scores after each game with other coaches and record them on a master score sheet and record number of wins
Eveyone's responsibility:
• download the appropriate scoresheet and fill the players names before playday (make sure nobody has 2 games at the same time)
• bring 4 boys and 4 girls
• bring some new birdies as back up in case hosts do not have new birdies
• confirm teams scores with the host after each game
If hosts have gym conflicts, because work with your group to either reschedule the date or the location.
