This school year, elementary school track meets will be returning to their original district meet format at Bear Creek Park. The date of each school’s track meet will correspond with the size of their school. A list of school size categories is provided HERE. Please reference this list to determine which day your specific school’s track meet will be held and mark your calendar.

RAIN OUT DATES
A coaches’ meeting will be held at Sullivan Elementary on Tuesday, December 2nd from 3:00 – 4:30 pm to share more information about logistics, volunteer roles, coaching tips and more. We encourage one person from each elementary school to attend this important meeting so that they are aware of upcoming changes to the format and to learn how best they can support their track and field coaches and participants. Please fill in this FORM by November 26th to indicate which staff member from your school plans to attend this meeting. Those in attendance will have a chance to win a fabulous prize!

Work out the total number of ribbons you will need. Remember in the relays you give out four 1sts, 2nds, etc.
Alan will bill each school their part of the bill.
