With Covid-19 we are holding our AGM online. A link to the registration form for the online AGM can be found at sesaa.org.  To that end we need one representative from each school to register so we can send all the details about the meeting. Once we have your relevant information we will send you an email with the details of how to log in and attend the zoom meeting (Think STA Convention). 

Before filling in the form, which can be found the SESAA Home Page, you might click on the two links below to download the Agenda and Annual Report so you can read and get yourself familiar with what is going on. 

As a thank you for attending the online meeting we will be sending you a t-shirt in September. We know with all the craziness of Covid-19 taking an hour out of your busy schedules is a lot to ask, but we do need to elect a new executive, vote on some zone issues to ensure we can move forward next school year.

At the SESAA AGM we review the year in sport, provide SESAA coaches an avenue to share their experiences and suggestions, vote on resolutions, and recognize coaches.  It gives our coaches a place to socialize with like-minded individuals.  It also comes with a free meal (please note there is a cash bar) and an awesome t-shirt.

SESAA 2015/16 Season Begins

Welcome back SESAA coaches and volunteers. We hope you had an enjoyable and relaxing summer. The 2015/16 SESAA Handbook and Calendar will be available on the website shortly. For now, we have included some information regarding Cross Country and Soccer registration for the fall. Thanks for your commitment to elementary sports and have a fun 2015/16 SESAA sports season.

Cross Country Registration

Cross Country Meets for the Central, West, South, and East Zones begin on Tuesday, September 21, and on Wednesday, September 22 for the North Zone. Please contact the Cross Country Convenors in your zone (see below) in order to register your school. Please confirm your zone in the Cross Country section of the "SESAA Sports" pull-down menu. Registration ends on Friday, September 18.

Soccer Registration

There will be a soccer organizational meeting on Thursday, September 17  at AJ McLellan Elementary (4:00 pm).

Congratulations to Joel Johnson and Scott McComb for being presented with the SESAA 20-year coaching award and  to Scott McComb for also receiving the Ross Davidson Coaching Excellence Award.
