• What is the ultimate goal/philosophy of our elementary athletics program?
• What are the 3 most important things SEAS values?
• What is our role in the long term development of an athlete? (Note: I believe everyone is an athlete because life is an athletic endeavour)
• Why do we use competitive results as our metrics for success? (standings, ribbons, rosettes, trophies, etc)
• Are we infusing competition too early at the risk of skill development and enjoyment?
• Do we need to keep score in order to have competition?
• What purpose is served by keeping score in our games?
